Offender: Lincoln Burrows is a fictional character from the show Prison Break. He is falsely accused of killing the American Vice President.

Meal: At one point of Season One, Lincoln Burrows comes close to being executed. He has blueberry pancakes, and is strapped down to the chair before being issued a stay. I had both the pancake ingredients and the blueberries at Walmart.
