Offender: Richard Fox lured a teenage girl into his car with a job offer, then stabbed and strangled her when she rejected his advances.

Meal: Richard Fox had a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, mustard and mayo. He also had a pepsi and fries. I had all of it at AD&B, except the mayo packets which were from McDonald's.
